Featuring 30 floors and 350 rooms, Hyatt Place Montreal-Downtown is the largest project to date for the SIMCOR team. We were mandated by this hotel giant to undertake each and every step of a major renovation. The hotel’s exterior and interior were completely transformed, from the rooms and restaurant to the impressive lobby and pool area. Our dedicated team was responsible for this complete renovation as well as for managing the project with the client and subcontractors.
