The SIMCOR team was mandated by the owner of the Fairfield by Marriott Hotel, one of the world’s most recognized hotel players, to manage and execute a major renovation project. The façade, rooms, restaurant, lobby, and other sections of the hotel were completely redesigned and arranged according to the plans of a client-affiliated interior designer. From the walls and floors to the woodwork of the doors and windows, the entirety of this 100,000 square foot building was transformed.

Boasting 1,000 properties worldwide, the Marriott name is incredibly well-renowned, with the Fairfield by Marriott Hotel adding to this legacy!
